Our Adventures

Ty ty on the horse outside the XXX Root Beer Restraunt in Issaquah, Wa...
We go there every once in a while, as you can see ty ty has a gum ball in his mouth, he gets one any chance he can....

Ty ty showing off his muscles at our favorite little Cougar Mountain Zoo.... He gets to run around the zoo mostly on his own, his favorite thing to do is feed the animals cut up apples.

When I was little going to a mall was boring, yes there was stores there with stuff you could buy but there was nothing else besides that.... Now kids can go to the mall and ride on a carousel or play in the play area, jump on the"jumping bean"... it amazes me!

We have enjoyed the indoor activities but we hopped on the chance to go to the park when there was sunshine ( the wind was still so cold!). Ty ty had a blast playing, we only lasted about 20 minutes tops.... We will see what the month of April brings us!

What does three days in a row of McD's turn a three year old into???

"Mommmmm.... I want to go to Old MacDonald today!!!"

"Oh, you do?"

"Yes Mom"

Oh, OK"

"Mom can we go?"

"Not today"

Drama tears crying upset little boy in his booster......
a few minutes later

"Mom I really want to go to Old Mac Donald"

"Ok on a different day"

"Ok Mom"

This conversation happens almost the same way every time.....and ends the same way too.

Who's getting too big?

And who gave him permission? I guess its getting to be so fun. Ty's been officially potty trained for a while now. Its nice to have conversation more than one word sentences. I love this little guy. He is surrounded by his girl cousins, his only biological boy cousin is in Arizona, and yet he is still SUCH a boy. Never ashamed to admit he farted. Yes he knows that word.... I always thought I would have the child who said the right thing at the right time.... Yes he knows how to embarrass me and make me laugh at the same time!
In this time of trial right now I am so lucky that I get to be at home with him and play with him and teach him and see how much he is learning... He is also so compassionate and kind. He asks about his Nama Nancy and her knee and he asks me how my owie is.... He wants to know where his cousins are, he is very social kids at church. He has been introduced to Chuck E Cheese, he loves Calliou, Super Readers, Cars, Toy Story 1 and 3 (Toy Story 2 is too scary for him).

NW Trek
