Tyler is three months old today! I can't believe it. Since I have gone back to work time seems to fly by. Tyler loves to sing with his dad and loves to smile and laugh, but every time we get the camera out he gets serious and gives us the look. This picture is a perfect example of that.
His favorite toy right now is a fuzzy frog rattle and he will only hold it in his hand long enough for you to notice, then he drops it.

Sorry its been so long

Tyler is growing so much. This is a picture of Tyler and Daddy singing "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean". I am amazed everyday at how blessed we are to have him. He went to the doctor on Jan 8th to get snipped, as my Dad says "No man ever wants it to happen but its the sanitary thing to do." I couldn't say it better myself. The first day was pretty rough. He was given tylenol but it didn't seem to calm him down. Over the next few days he got better and now its almost healed!!! Now Mommy is at home with strep throat and can't give little man kisses, so Daddy has been wonderful at taking care of him. Karl really is a wonderful father and I can't imagine my life or Tyler's with out him.

First day back at work

I think that Tyler knew there were changes coming because last night he fought going to sleep. Grandma Nancy finally had to take him at 11:45 pm and he crashed with her in less than 15 minutes. He woke up at 4:45am ate and then went back to sleep so I went back to sleep for another half an hour.
He stayed awake for most of this morning, I only worked from 7:15 - 11:45am and then next week I will be working full time rotating my shift, 7:15 - 4:30 or 8:15 - 5:30, until we see what schedule Tyler handles best. I wouldn't mind the 7:15 shift but Tyler might do better with the 8:15 shift. We will see. Heres new pictures of little man.

Christmas

This is Tyler after his first Christmas. We went to Aunt Debbie's house for Christmas Eve and Tyler was very fussy, he gets gassy at night and we forgot his medicine to help his poor tummy. This morning we woke up and opened presents from Grandma Diane and then checked out our stockings. We went to Daryl and Rachel's house for breakfast and then we had to race back home for Christmas with Debbie and Joey and the girls. All in all Tyler got spoiled which was well deserved and he pooped himself out in all the excitement.

Tyler with Santa

Merry Christmas Everyone

Grandma Diane wanted to have pictures done for Tyler with Santa. Mommy and Tyler waited in line for an hour and a half yesterday to get his pictures done, and we got them just in time Santa went to lunch ten minutes after we got our picture taken. Tyler didn't want to wake up for the picture, it turned out great anyway.

Relaxing

Tyler spends most of his days sleeping and his nights he is awake. So we have been working with him to stay awake more during the evening and slowly keeping him awake more during the afternoon. On Christmas Eve he will be two months old. Time is going by too fast.

Tyler's getting big

Tyler has found his thumb! Its so cute. We caught him in enough time to take a picture. He still searches for it here and there, which makes him a little upset when he can't find it.
He is seven weeks old tomorrow. I can't believe it. There are times when I am holding him that he seems to be only minutes old and there are other times where its seems he has been here forever.
This other picture on here is what we call the cookie monster outfit. Grandma Nancy found this and we use it only those really cold days. It comes in handy.
