First night in the crib

This is Tylers new crib. He got it from one of my co-workers and he seems to like it so far. He hasn't slept a whole night in it so we will see what tonight brings us.

Four Months!

Tyler turned four months old on Sunday. He doesn't try to smile for the camera because he sees the lights flash and it makes him jump.
He is more talkative and loves to have an audience of anyone who will listen. He has his four month appointment on Friday which means more shots, but his daddy is going to be there to make it easier.

Rolled Over!!!!

So this is the picture that we took of Tyler after he rolled over for the first time. He hasn't tried to do it again since but we were so excited it probably freaked him out.
Last Saturday we weighed him and he weigh 20 pounds. You read that right he is TWENTY pounds. Its a good thing that we got him a new car seat because the one we have only goes up to 22 lbs. Now we have to get the crib from my boss. He is growing way too fast for me.
He has a bit of a cold today so Daddy kept him home and I went to sacrament only. It was very strange just sitting there all by myself because I could actually hear what the speakers were saying.

So first it was the frog rattle that he played with and now he has this snake. He LOVES it. Each one of the sections of its body makes a different sound and Tyler would rather lay on the floor and play with it than be in the swing or bouncer chair. He got this toy for Christmas, but he wasn't interested in it till a couple of weeks ago.

Tyler's Smile

Who can resist that smile? This is the first time we have gotten a picture of Tyler smiling on camera. He is a very happy baby but once he sees the camera its game over. Daddy was tickling his ear and then Mommy had the camera and we caught it.
At the daycare, his teachers tell me that he "Gives them the business", I say go ahead. Get it out of his system. He is really still adjusting to being around 7 other babies who all take their turns screaming and other times they are a full choir of tears. This picture was taken on Feb 1, 2008 and it was the first time he was put into the saucer chair at the daycare. He seems pretty content.
