My little man is 20 months old

Ty is going to be just like his Uncle Christoffer. He loves his milk.

Our little man is now a jumping, running, laughing, talking 20 month old. He points out babies everywhere we go. Maybe he is hinting that we need a baby in our family. Karl says our babies don't stay small very long, but it would be fun to have another one. Tyler and daddy went for a walk today. Karl said he walked the whole time. It is nice that we can do more things with him now that heis more independent. I don't know what I am going to do when we don't count how old he is by month any more. I am sure he will be keeping us plenty busy.

Fathers Day 2009

Tyler and I had a chat and we wanted Karl to know what makes him a wonderful dad.

Tyler loves to go swimming with him.
Karl has taught him how to play xbox and given Ty his own profile on the xbox 360.
Introducing him to spicy foods, momma doesn't like it ewww.
Dancing to the theme song of "portal".
Giving him his first taste of soda. (Daddy got in trouble for that one by momma)
Taught him how to give knuckles and bonks.
Gets Ty up in the mornings while momma gets in the shower.
Fun to play with at the park.
Karl teaches Ty to be good to his momma.
When we pull into Karl's work to pick him up Ty screams "DADDY!!!!"
Karl always has time to play with Ty.
Karl tries to teach him new words everyday.
Ty gets to experience NASCAR races with daddy.
Karl taught Ty how to do the one with his finger to the question "How old are you Tyler?"
Ty is learning how to count with daddy. So far he knows two, five and nine.
Karl puts Ty first with everything he does.
Karl reassures momma when she freaks out about Ty doing things that he might get hurt doing.
Ty's Dad want him to learn how to do the hand sign for weezer. Ask Ty to do it, it is so cute!!

There are many more things to be listed, but Ty can't fully communicate everything he loves about his dad. I know that Karl does so much for our little family. We love him so much. Happy Father's DAY!!!!!!

The big gorilla came over and sat down right by Tyler.

Tyler giving the gorilla kisses! We had so much fun at the zoo. You would never had known that this little boy only took 15 minute nap before we took off to the zoo and he was too excited to sleep all day. He did crash in the car on the way home and he slept for 13 hours!!! It was a good night for mommy and daddy! Thank you Grandma Diane for inviting us.

New Potty Chair

Just to go on record. Tyler get a potty seat a few weeks ago and we have occasionally sat him on it just to get used to it. He will be using it when he moves up in the new classroom at school. Anywho. Tonight grandma and poppy were visiting and he started grunting so I booked it to the bathroom and sat with him for a little while and then he tooted alittle and then we got excited and he did his duty and pooped in the toilet!!! What a big boy!

This of course is Tyler and this is his friend LJ. Big boy Mr. C is not in the picture because he was walking next to the boys, but these two were laughing and having a good old time while us adults went shopping. These two believe it or not are 10 months apart. LJ is older and so stinkin' cute! Mr T is very quickly catching up to the only boy cousins he ever had.
